Figma Design Intern

Superteams.ai is building AI-enabled data-centric workflows for businesses, with deep integration of emerging AI technologies. Superteams.ai has been funded by marquee investors, and is solving key problems in the domains of retail, carbon accounting, GraphRAG, VectorRAG and agentic AI workflows that combine modalities.

We are looking for a skilled Figma Design Intern who can create tech-focused designs, do illustrations, flowcharts, infographics etc. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and proficiency in Figma to create high-quality design assets.

 Responsibilities:

• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across all products. 
• Create wireframes, mockups, and detailed design specifications to guide the development process.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your Figma designs.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g.,Illustrator, Photoshop, any other diagramming software).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
