Our company blends AI expertise, cloud infrastructure, and open-source technologies to help clients build, scale, and maintain custom AI solutions across sectors like education, climate, and enterprise SaaS.

Problems we work on require nimbleness, forward-thinking and knowledge of Generative AI technologies like LLMs, AI Agents, Vision Models, Image Synthesis, Audio Synthesis, ASR, Data Science, Predictive Models and other open-source AI tools. Candidates joining us will get first-hand experience in building AI demos and solutions for companies.

We are looking for an AI Developer. The Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or AI-related field. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing and interpreting AI tools, writing high-quality code and developing solutions in the AI domain. A public GitHub profile is a must to apply. 

Qualifications

• Experience with Open Source Large Language Models - and how to deploy and use them using vLLM, LiteLLM, Ollama and other tactics
• Strong expertise with Python/FastAPI - along with associated tools like SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Redis, Celery, and more.
• Understanding of how Vector Search works. You should have used at least one vector search engine to build an application, and should know about sparse and dense vectors, filtered vector search, reranking and embeddings.
• Knowledge of how to train language models and embedding models. You should be able to explain the concepts clearly, and know how to build models.
• Experience working with at least one AI coding assistant, like Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt and others - and the ability to write code WITHOUT them as well.
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals, cloud computing, networking, cryptography and common algorithms. 
• Highly collaborative and hard working. You need to be able to put in the time and effort required to deliver quality code, while keeping in touch with the latest AI/ML trends and patterns. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent knowledge of Python, Rust, or Java.
• Experience with research methodologies / published academic papers is an added bonus.
